[legs interlocked], keep repeating your Mantra ["OOMMM"] over and over
again until you are aware of your Third Eye and arrive to a Place of
Spiritual Enlightenment. Got it....Good! Yeah right! First off ain't
no way my legs would even attempt that, and if I did did I would need
EMS to get me out of it! How about a much more enjoyable and practical
form of Meditation like calmly riding our scooters on a back oil road,
taking in a beautiful summer day and being grateful of Creation and
all the blessings we have to enjoy like our ponies pulling us along.
That's what I'm talkin' about! You want to reach that place of
Serenity and Peace, where everything is right and in order with the
universe, that's it Baby!!! You don't have to get anywhere 'cause
you're already there. Groove on the moment! Wherever you go, there you
are. It's all right now anyway. The past is gone, ain't nothing you
can do about it. Forgive, but never forget. The future is just
thoughts, you make it happen if you wish. Ed over at The Backwoods
Bar has a sign that reads "Free Beer, Tomorrow", he never has to come
through with it unless he wants to. Do the best you can right now
'cause that's all you ever have. Love Life and everything and everyone
in it. Try to eliminate anything negative [thoughts, actions] and put
yourself in a place of humility and gratitude rather than anger and
resentment. You will find that you can have Heaven on earth. All this
while riding your two-wheel machine. Don't go too far into LA-LA land,
you got to stay aware and vigilant of your surroundings while riding
but enjoyment of what you're doing is the key. Wow, check out the
center of that word...JOY!!! That's what I'm talkin' about again
Baby. LIVE, LOVE, and ENJOY!!! On to Zzen chapter news: Got none! We
haven't had our next secret assembly in Sherman as of this writing
[July 12th], so by the time this is published the upcoming highly
confidential gathering of us Zzen clan will be August 16th over at Ed
and Dea's place in Marion, you guessed it "The Backwoods" at 1pm.
