HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!!! By the time you read this we will have done the 4th of
July celebration but just what does it mean? How about the scenario of a bunch
of guys getting pissed off because the Big Brother government was telling them
how to live their lives and taxing the crap out of them in the process. Blowing
them off if they tried to change the unresponsive policies/laws that they were
forced to live under. Using the barrel of a gun/cannon to keep them down and
submissive. Calling them unpatriotic to England, terrorists, rebels, ungrateful
subjects, and that they should be put to death or imprisoned. "Oh Yeah " they
said, "How about we start kickin' ass and telling them where to shove it!"
TA-DA, America is born. TEA TAX, that's a bunch of Bullcrap, How about we break
aboard a ship in Boston and have a Party dumping it in the harbor [rumor has it
they were Masons, like Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, etc.] These days we are
sometimes in the same situation, but we can make a change/difference if we band
together like they did. I don't advocate taking up arms [but don't let them take
away our guns], our most powerful weapon is our voice, let it be heard! I often
quote our founding fathers words pertaining to our fight for Freedom. They knew
and so do we that "To a person who consents no injustice is done." Let's
celebrate what they did for us and continue their Spirit and Ideals! Allright on
to the Zzen chapter news; Had a great meeting down at the Shore Store at Swan
Lake on the 7th of June, beautiful day for a ride on my 1940 flathead 74. Good
turnout for us being a small chapter but we're getting bigger. Picked up quite a
number of new members, of course I can't tell you who they are cause it's a
secret, part of the Zzen credo. Slack gave his report from Pierre about how the
Government withdrew it's funding for our ABATE commercials because the riders in
it weren't wearing helmets, BULLCRAP again! Thanks Slack for what you do in
keeping us informed. Some nice gal named Laura won the 50/50 and gave it all
back to the chapter for our SOL drawing. Our next confidential meeting will be
at the Bullet Bar in Sherman July 12th @ 1:00 pm, nice destination for a ride,
stop by and become one of us, we won't tell. HOOTIE HOOT!!! WIZ
